Ministers of Agriculture from Brazil and Italy meet in Rome

The minister of Agriculture of Brazil, Tereza Cristina, met on July 27th in Rome with the minister of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies of Italy, Stefano Patuanelli, to debate issues related to the sector within the scope of the Italian presidency of the G20.

At the meeting, according to the Embassy of Brazil in Rome, the politicians agreed on “the awareness that food systems must have diversity as a principle to promote sustainability as environmental, economic and social bases.”
