International The Brazilian government proposed sending a technical diplomatic mission from the Ministry of Agriculture to China to clarify issues related to the mad cow cases that suspended beef exports to the country on September 4th.
The mission was suggested as a way to avoid mandatory quarantine for Brazilians entering the Asian country. The expectation is that activities can be resumed within two weeks after the meetings.
