National Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva’s (Workers’ Party) government program must incorporate the concept of the “”Green New Deal””, which uses environmental policies to stimulate the economy and the economy. The project has gained strength in the US in recent years, driven mainly by the most left-wing wings of the Democratic Party.
The idea is to invest in the coming years in renewable energy and decarbonization of the economy, as a way to generate jobs with good wages and income for the country, in addition to promoting the decarbonization of sectors of the economy.
