The European Union’s proposal to block foreign products produced in legally and illegally deforested areas indicates that exports will follow increasingly strict environmental regulations.

Researches indicate that consumers are willing to pay more, change their consumption patterns and introduce new legislation to ban glyphosate-contaminated products.
