The five dimensions of food systems in Brazil: a literature review


The study seeks to identify critical elements that guide the transition to healthier and more sustainable processes. The material is part of the research “An Agenda for Action – Transition to a Healthy and Sustainable Food System in Latin America” promoted in Brazil by Idec (Brazilian Consumer Protection Institute), with the objective of providing the scientific foundations for an integrated agenda of actions in favor of healthy and sustainable food systems in Brazil and Latin America.
