This publication has as its theme the new Mercosur – EU agreement, analyzing the current status of trade relations between the blocs, starting with reflections on the implications of the socio-political context of both. Also, an analysis of the trade relations between the blocs and the trade agenda is made, including aspects of the agreement, the environmental perspective involved, as well as a brief history of trade exchange.
