According to the “Global Risks Report”, published by the World Economic Forum, climate and environmental threats pose the main risks for the world in the coming years. The document also highlights social factors as significant challenges in the future.

The Report serves as a loss prevention tool for companies and governments and breaks down threats according to the time span in which they pose the greatest risk. In the next 10 years, failure of climate action, extreme weather events, loss of biodiversity; erosion of social cohesion and livelihood crises will be the greatest dangers to society.
